He was quick and efficient in helping my 18 year old college student pick out a new car, after hers was totaled in a fender bender while traveling back to school after thanksgiving break. He was kind, respectful, and knowledgeable in helping her select a vehicle, her first time being able to choose. We shopped the week before Christmas and didn’t expect to finalize everything until the week after Christmas but Justin was instrumental in expediting the process so that we could surprise her with a car on Christmas morning.
